" Last night I performed at a private birthday celebration in South Miami. It was Carolina's 50th birthday! She has an enormous family. It was a bit on the chilly side but manageable. If you've never tried paella then do so now. I also met Adrianna, the very popular barista who managed the cocktail bar. All in all it was a very pleasant evening and a lovely way to launch Carolina and her familly into her next decade! "

" Performed last night on the 4th Floor Terrace at the Westin of Lauderdale Beach. A tropical trio with Linda ( percussiion ) and Scott ( Flute / Sax ). Seemed like gale force winds that could snatch up ideas! No kidding. It was a bad hat day. Can you say ocean spray? Respect to the joyous event staff who totally charmed us all. As usual the load-in was a study in awkward. Gracias our man Ron for the roadie thing! "

" Yesterday I performed at an engagement party for Tristan and Victoria. It was a sunny and pretty warm day along the lake. Dozens of fun family members and of course ' Sopie ' ( the furry friend ). Best of luck and warm regards for a truly nice young couple. Then came the fireworks! "
